Waki ´s Vision

Imagine a world where your community thrives on shared abundance.
Where the items gathering dust in your closet become someone else’s treasure. Where every exchange not only saves you money but also nurtures the bonds between neighbors. With Waki, all of these, is possible.
Now, picture a future where there is a new way to give a second life to what you no longer need.
A world where decluttering your space feels like a gift – to yourself and to others.

What if I told you that all of this is possible with a few taps on your phone?
That you could be part of this revolution in sharing, and upcyling – all while making your life easier and your community stronger?
It’s not just an app. It’s a movement.
A way to transform how we think about ownership, waste, and community. Are you ready to join us in reshaping the world, one shared item at a time?

I am a statistician by training with extensive experience in data science and analysis. Over the past seven years, I have focused my career on research and development, earning a Ph.D. in statistics along the way. Beyond my passion for data, I have also ventured into computer hardware engineering and repairs, satellite television installation, programming, software development, and music. This diverse skill set has shaped me into a generalist.
When I am not working on Waki or analyzing some data, I enjoy spending time with my family. I also love reading, and playing board games and table tennis with friends.
